How about you stop being a fucking dick and I'll be more inclined to do what I was gonna do anyways and pay you back. I have had no intentions what so ever to not pay you back. Its always been in the back of my mind. I thought we had an understanding the day you were over here on the back porch. I guess you got some stick up your ass and can't understand I'm trying. But, in till you can stop being an asshole to me every time you see me. You not getting shit. So heres a contract for you....
I Turner, will pull this stick out of my ass and smile for once in my god damn life. And, by doing so everyone wont think I'm a fucked up gay ass hole and they'll do business with me again.
X_______________
Make sure to sign it and have the stick and the contract to me ASAP. Thanx!

Tim I have been extremely patient with you trying to recover your half of the company I helped you start. I've been doing this a lot longer than you have and I have dealt with the good an the bad professionally which is something you have yet to learn. You make deals with people who I have brought to your table and talk about all these things that you are going to do, that you have the ability to do because you have been operating on my dime for the last six months.
The only thing I want to hear out of your mouth when you are standing in my house are responses to things that I have asked you over and over again to deal with. Fuck the small talk. I want to hear about how you are trying to pay me back for helping you get to where you are and nothing else. I have only asked you to pay me your half of the money that has been spent on your company. Asking you to only pay $200 a month is the minimum that any bank would offer you let alone anybody else in this industry would deal with.
I don't trust you enough to work with you any more Tim. You think you can swindle your way to the top, and maybe you will, but that's not something I want to put my name on. I want you to pay your dues which equates to your share of the business we started. Man up or you have no business in this business.
I don't want to hear about speakers unless you are selling them and I don't want to hear about your losses on Fallout or any plans for the future you might have or buddies that had a bad day. I've spent $2300 and I am only asking for $1150. (before you respond please understand that, that means I have given you $1150 that I am not looking for in return) I am not asking for a portion of your company or any other obligations. I am giving you 5 months to pay me back and then I leave you to do business however you see fit which is what you want to do anyways.
I've attached a copy of a simple contract. Sign it and pay and there are no hard feelings.

Tim,
I have heard from enough people to know that the turnout was light on Saturday. So I am guessing since I haven't heard from you that if I asked you for money you would say you don't have it.
I needed a hundred bucks for the fliers cause I didn't have that either so I had to borrow the money from somebody else. I am $2,400 in the hole right now with your company. There is no way I should be borrowing money to pay for my mortgage when you've got speakers that I have paid for at this point sitting in your house, that you are also renting out. Something has to give dude. I'm not bitching or angry, just hear me out. This is one of several emails I have sent out today to the people who I have helped out that need to return the favor. If it's between my house and those speakers dude your gonna have to sell them.
I don't want that any more than you do. So if you would like to avoid it I need you to agree to the following. We can modify it until we are both satisfied an then I want to get it signed.
Contract Draft
Your half of what has been invested in this company this year is $1200 which you and I agreed needed to be paid back to me as soon as possible.
1. I would like this paid back within six months which is more than reasonable but we can adjust that deadline if you have a solid reason as to why you couldn't pay me that amount.
2. I want you to take the hundred dollars that you were supposed to give me for the flyers and pay it to Jade immediately. I would like another payment of a hundred dollars paid to her by the end of the month. Or if you want to look at it another way I need you to pay me the $100 you said you would immediately and then find another hundred bucks by the end of the month...and then I'll hand it to Jade.
3. I don't want to hear about our arrangements or have the details shared with the other members of your household. If you feel like you have to talk to them about it then I ask that you show them this contract rather than interpret it yourself. If I hear about it from them I will show them the contract myself. If you want me to take something out so that you are comfortable showing whoever I'd be happy to do so.
4. I would like at least $200 a month from you every month after until we are back to even
Until you can pay me back I would like to ask you to do the following things that don't cost much.
1. If you don't have a show and I do I would like you to be there for at least an hour. You have to have a beer with me, if you don't want a beer you have to buy one and give it to a hottie. I don't want to hear about promises to girlfriends or any of that. Just set expectations and nobody has to be upset. We have a CD Release party at Bazzaar on Saturday from 9-11. You can substitute the beer and buy a CD from the boys instead.
2. If you can't attend an event or don't want to you can send Casper in your stead. Just need a rep. He gets the same brew deal.
3. I'd like you to attend the ConnectATL meetings. For both our sakes. Like AA for promoters.
4. I want the Metrognome Agency to be the 2nd friend you have on the Generation Drop Myspace. I've earned that much. (i mean come on dude. last? you think I like this bad guy shit) Everybody that I am financing will have the same deal till they pay me back. Then you can boot my ass or do whatever.
5. I would like you to do all your flyer printing through me. I earn a small comission on that business but that isn't going to count towards the balance. Flyers will still be cheap.
6. I want the MetroGnome agency logo in the same spot on the back for all your events. I will design flyers for you for $75 a piece, I will put $25 of that towards the balance if you use me as a designer. Payment needs to be up front. You can use any designer you want though. Banners are $25 and I'll take that off your balance too. If you send business my way I will put half of what I make towards the balance.
End of Contract Draft
Take a look dude, I think it's pretty fair and reasonable. This isn't to pay me back all the money I put in, this is all just to get me back to loosing half my ass so take that in perspective. Email me back any changes you'd like to make and lets take care of this cause all this silent shit isn't getting either of us anywhere.
